 Design & Features

Exterior cladding

• Wood finish, T&G 5” wide:

  • Solid colors (Douglas Fir)

  • Clear coated Red Cedar ($1,500) or Douglas Fir.

• Metal steel panels, flat, 12” wide - available in 8+ colors. Weatherproof. 24g.

Doors and windows:

• One slider (72x80”) and one picture window (24x80”) on the front and an awning (48x36”) window on the side.

  • Available in black or white with matching trims and baseboards.

• Double glazed: two panes of glass separated by a layer of argon gas and sealed, acts as insulation by reducing conduction. Designed to provide an even better barrier against outside temperatures.

  • Argon allow less heat to escape and less cold to enter because they have a higher density.

• Frame: black or white powder coated aluminum or Fibrex® material (twice as strong as vinyl). Subject to availability.

• Thermal break: a high-density rubber that creates a barrier between the internal and external face of the window/door, ensuring heat or cold from outside is not transferred inside.

• The slider doors come with a manual lock in the inside and an exterior key lock.

Electrical:

• Complete electrical and lighting setup: black

  • 6 duplex outlets (1 outside), 2 with extra USB ports.

  • Interior lights: 4 smart LED spots: dimmable, tunable, remote controlled, compatible with Alexa and Google Home.

  • Exterior lights: 2 smart LED spots and 1 aluminum LED Wall Sconce

  • Exterior inlet: twist lock RV style receptacle, to facilitate hook up to your main service.

    • 30A service required.

      • 50A when a bathroom extra is added.

  • Breaker panel:

    • 110V, single phase.

    • 8-Space 16-Circuit .

    • Less wiring, clean gutter, fast installation with Plug-On Neutral.

    • UL listed for residential and commercial power distribution.

    • Each pole space accepts full-size, tandem or quad breakers.

    • Rated 120/240 VAC and 22,000 AIR short circuit current rating.

Heating:

Whole room stainless steel heater with Auto Climate Control and remote, 1500W.

• Climate control senses and adjusts how much heat and circulation is needed to maintain temperature.

• Safety: cool-touch exterior, tip-over protection and 2-stage automatic shut-off. Metal grill keeps dust (and fingers) at bay.

• 5 Year satisfaction guarantee.

• Energy Sync lets you see how much energy is being used.

Insulation:

• Fiberglass batt insulation, achieving these R-values:

  • R15 in the floor and walls.

  • R20 in the ceiling.

• Weather barrier wrap barrier in every wall and ceiling.
