Do I need a permit?:

Can I legally do this?

Yes, if a permit is needed, you can get it through us, or we’ll work with a third party. We’ve engineered the pods for optimal compliance with local requirements.

Will it physically work?

Our pods can be placed in any open or closed space, residential or commercial, whether we deliver fully prebuilt or assemble on-site with minimal disruption. No entry point is tight, nor is the terrain too inconvenient. We’ll get it there as long as it fits.

What effort is required from me?

You can outsource with us as much as you need, from just manufacturing the unit to a turnkey installation, including shipping, foundation, hookups, permits, etc. You are required to hire any of those services from us; we can work with your own providers.

What exactly do I get?

All our units are fully finished, just like a home, and ready to plug-and-play. Any standard extras that you decide to include (bathroom, solar, kitchenette, etc) will follow the same out-of-the-box standard.

Will it fit my use case?

We build the perfect home workspace, also flexible enough to become the ideal guest room, man cave, Airbnb, studio, or gym. Your creativity is the real limit, let’s talk about it.
