Your Mini-O will be delivered and installed exactly as promised, matching your approved design and expectations, guaranteed. If the pod doesn’t match the agreed-upon design, we'll fix it immediately at no charge and issue a $3,000 refund.

Flawless Installation Guarantee

We'll deliver and install your Mini-O pod quickly, cleanly, and professionally, leaving your backyard spotless. If our installation doesn't meet those standards, we'll send a professional crew to restore your property or give you a $2,000 refund as compensation.

Weatherproof Guarantee

Your Mini-O pod is engineered to perform under standard residential weather conditions, seasonal weather and typical outdoor elements. If it leaks or encounters weather-related issues within 2 years, we’ll repair it immediately at no cost to you and do a follow-up inspection within a year.

On-Time or On-Us

We promise your Mini-O pod will be delivered and installed exactly when agreed. If we're late for any reason within our control, we’ll pay you $500 for every day we are late.
